Description

The V358S is a manual machine designed for the skinning of flatfish (sole, plaice, dab, skate wing) and large fresh or smoked fillets (trout and salmon).

Fitted with a skinning shoe, it delivers precise silver skinning. It operates on fresh or smoked products, with manual or automatic water or air injection management. The bearing roller improves safety, comfort and final product quality.
